Pictures from Christmas 2009. We had a special celebration at close friends, A-Yuan and XiaoHua's, house; along with friend XiaoPang, our city council representative Peter Chen and two good friends FangSiJi and PongPong. No turkey though -- here we are eating a special hotpot of locally raised beef. Very delicious, but very expensive as it is obviously costly to raise cattle on such a small island; so, like Japanese Kobe beef, the quality is especially high.
